The staff was absolutely fantastic and we would stay here again. Everything was wonderful, had a fab stay for one night. The location couldn't be more super and brilliant in the Ale' Carte garden. Plus, it was really close to the antique shops, the restaurant / pub and with live entertainment-excellent vibe. There was a lovely bar and yummy food at the attached restaurant.

The stay here was really really nice for one night. The restaurant was popular with wonderful staff, we ordered delightful dishes. The location was magnificent, at a medium distance from Museum of Natural History. You could walk to shopping malls and gift shops.

The hotel was unusual and fairly clean, had nice views over garden and pool. My king room was recently renovated and functional. The location was stunning, to Guildford centre, and my bed was comfortable. The food in the outdoor restaurant was amazing and great.
Nothing could have been better.
